How To Transfer Inventory From One Display To Another

• Do this only if you know what you are doing and are sure you are supposed to do this.
• The store must be off of the handheld to do this.
• All servicings for the store(s)should be posted before doing this.
• Rest assured, if the source displays have qtys of the same item they will be properly combined on the destination display.

1. Open the Store Screen for the store that you are transferring the display inventory FROM.
2. Switch to Displays tab, left click display to select it, right click on it and select Details.

3. On the Details screen, select the rows that you would like to transfer.

   1. You can select multiple rows by holding down Ctrl on your keyboard and clicking individual rows.
   2. You can select multiple rows by clicking and holding on one row, and dragging down (if you are moving everything just drag all the way down to highlight all rows).

5. After you have selected the rows that you wish to transfer, click the Transfer Inventory button at the bottom of the screen.
6. On the Select Display Form that loads, enter the Customer ID and Store ID of the store you wish to transfer to.
7. Available displays within that store will load in the grid on screen. Select the display that you wish to transfer to. Click Select.
8. If the display is status N (New), then a window will open for you to enter the Installed date for the display. You must create any news displays before starting the transfer.
