How to Copy Van Inventory to Another Handheld

Applies to: Consolidated/Merged Choice Books & All Distributors

Hardware: Intermec/Honeywell CN51

Prerequisites: 

WiFi connection needed, 

BookLink Mobile 1.99.10 or higher required to download the shared file

Step One

On the sending Handheld (it has the Van Inventory info you want to put on another Handheld):

• Go to the Data Transfer Screen
• Poke the More button at the bottom of the screen
• Poke Share Van Inventory
• Make sure you get a "Data transfer process complete" message on the screen

NOTE: This does not remove the Van Inventory from this HH, only makers a copy available to other HHs

Step Two

On the handheld you want to receive the van inventory info:

• Go to the Data Transfer Screen
• Poke the More button at the bottom of the screen
• Poke Download Shared File

Step Three

• Tap "Van Inventory" option
• Enter the HH Number that had/shared the inventory info
• Press ENTER key on the HH keypad

Step Four

• Make sure the VanInventory file is highlighted
• Poke the Download button at the bottom of the screen

Done!
