Issue

Sometimes a handheld file will appear in the Import File screen of the wrong district.

Understanding the Problem

First off, files in this screen are NOT IN THE DISTRICT BOOKLINK.

They are in a holding area from which any BookLink district can pull.

Cause

This usually happens when a handheld is transferred from one district to another.

Each district's BookLink stores a list of handhelds in use by the district. This problem occurs when a DM fails to remove a handheld from the list.

Resolution

Follow the instructions at Add/Remove Handhelds in BookLink to remove the offending handheld.
