Loading/Exporting Routes onto your Handheld

To load stores onto your Handheld you need to choose the stores/routes you want and your HH number.

Step One

In BookLink open the Handheld Export screen:

Step Two

• Select the route you want from the list
• press Add Route button

You can add as many routes as you want/need by repeating this step

NOTE:

You may get a message that the stores are already on a handheld. 

You can hold down the "Y" key on your keyboard to accept this notification for each store

Step Three

Once you have added the routes you want:

• Select your HH from the list at the bottom
• Press the Export button

Ready for Handheld

Once you receive the Export Complete message on the screen you are ready to Data Transfer Routes onto your Handheld
