Problem:
Sometimes when you open BookLink the icon shows up on the taskbar, but the window won't display.
This happens when the app thinks it's on a monitor off in the distance somewhere.
Resolution:
If you hover over the little preview box, right-click it (the preview box, not the icon on the bar) and choose "Maximize."
It should then be visible and you can drag it around to where you want it.
