You can set up the 3CX app on your computer and mobile phone (iPhone or Android) for making and receiving calls.
Setting up on Computer:
You can provision the 3CX Phone app on your PC using the following steps.
Step One:
On your computer, go to https://cbnva.east.3cx.us/webclient/
Step Two:
On the Sign In page, click the Sign In with Microsoft option:
If you are already signed in to your Choice Books Microsoft account in your browser you will be signed in to the 3CX phone system automatically.
If not, simply sign in with your Choice Books email address and password when prompted.
Step Three
Once signed in you will see a list of contacts/extensions. Click the Apps icon in the bottom left.
Step Four
Once you have clicked the Apps icon, go to the Web Apps section and click on the Desktop App tile.
Step Four
Click Open when your browser asks for permission to open the 3CX Desktop App
Step Five
When prompted to install the Desktop App, click the Provision button
(the 3CX App is pre-installed on Choice Books administrative computers).
Your 3CX app on your computer should come to the front and show you a list of extension. You are ready to go!
Set up on iPhone/Android:
Step One: Download the 3CX app for your phone platform from the App Store/Google Play Store
Step Two: In the 3CX portal you signed into above, click the QR code Icon by your profile in the top right
Step Three: Scan the QR code with the 3CX app to sign the app into your account/extension.
