Overview
You can send a Scheduling Poll to people to allow everyone to vote on times that work for them to have a meeting and automatically book it on your calendar for the first time that suits everyone.
You can do this in your web browser or in the Outlook desktop app.
Click here to jump to Outlook desktop instructions.
Use in Your Browser
Go to outlook.office.com and click the New Email button
Enter your recipients in the TO line.
Click the three-dot menu button in the top right then Scheduling Poll.
Select your days (you can select multiple days) and the time options in each day, then click Next.
Review your dates and time, select the Meeting Settings you want and click Create Poll.
A useful setting to have checked is "Schedule when attendees reach consensus" so you will all be automatically invited to the meeting once the meeting date is found. If you do not use this option you will need to manually schedule your meeting once all the votes are in.
This will insert the poll into the body of your email so you can type whatever message you want and send the pool to the recipients.
