Note: Check with system administrators to make sure that transferring stores to another BookLink is the correct decision to make for your situation. If you're not familiar with the process, you shouldn't be doing this.
Prior to transferring stores out of your BookLink, double-check that all outstanding servicing data is posted for the store.
Open Data Transfer>Store Transfer>Export screen. Use Add Store fields or Add Route fields to build the list of stores you wish to transfer. Click Export.
The Store Transfer Export Options screen will open. Fill in the DataSiteID of the receiving BookLink, and make any further selections that you desire. By default, store data (invoices, displays, etc) will be completely deleted from your BookLink. This option will impact sales and other analytical reports.
Click Continue when you are ready. BookLink will process for several minutes while it exports.
You will receive this message when it completes.
