What is the passcode?
We ship devices with a passcode configured to reduce the chance that it will be useful if intercepted.
Contact us when you receive the device, and we will reset the passcode so you can set your own.
Why does the iPad say "This device is managed remotely"?
We use Jamf to ensure that the device remains secure and to provide remote diagnostics.
Where is the App Store?
The App Store has been disabled. You may use the Jamf Self Service app to install apps.
The Self Service app is preinstalled and visible on the home screen.

Where is Apple Mail?
Outlook is a better fit, so we have removed Apple Mail. You can simply open Outlook and sign in with your Choice Books email and credentials.
